I just get worn down by Christmas. I just spent the last half hour washing down the "reindeer food" off my sidewalks. (I am sure that my youngest is beyond believing but she's too savy to admit it, we have a niece that is about 4 though).
We have been doing that for years, and I have always swept up the food. This year, however, my brilliant sister in law decided the food should be uncooked oatmeal. I would have thought that it should have been obvious that oatmeal is a poor choice to apply to wet concrete.

My wife has decided that, after we open presents in the morning, we should add distributing food at the homeless shelter to our Christmas traditions. I wonder if it will be practical for the kids to wear their new clothes and use their new I Touches while passing out food.

Reindeer food..Now that is a first! Thats pretty cool. Imagine the kids make it worth going all out though.

At least your wife's heart is in the right place. I kind of chuckled @ that last sentence.

One of my favorite trees was at my cousins wife. They had about a 10' tall real tree. His wife put up half the ornaments. My cousin used his deer antlers as his ornaments! He had like 20 racks on the tree. It was sweet. I wouldn't mind stealing that idea some day.

I just finished a tall glass of purple drank. We bought it because my wife's cousin has a new boyfriend from another part of the country. Although we had no real reason to doubt his racial purity, we thought this would be a good test. He took the bait. Now the family must vote on how to proceed.

The kids are having a great time -- they are going back through their presents now and I get called in from time to time to figure something out.

I heard part of a legal call in show the other night, the host sounded pretty irritable.

Anyone have an opinion as to what the best show in theaters is right now?

My dad gave me a random assortment of trinkets and some cash. Like one of those smashed penny things from Cherokee, NC, several half dollars and whole dollar coins, a wheat penny and a losing lottery ticket.
Mom gave me some pans.

I thought I had an understanding with my brother in law that we did not like each other. I got him a $7 Detroit Tigers T shirt and he got me a Canon PowerShot A590.
