In other news, I fail. Went to Wal-Mart to buy my dad a birthday card (it was the 22nd) and a bright head spotlight thing. Wal mart was closed! They closed at 5. Oh well. Wal-Greens was open so I got him a birthday card. Can't believe Wally World. Let me down.

Kind of miss the excitement Christmas provided when I was a kid.
I honestly get tired of all the holiday bustle now days. I spend the entire break hunting and don't really care much about interacting with people. I have started listening to the radio while hunting (Walkman phone) and all the Christmas songs on every station are driving me CRAZY! Traffic is horrible, crowds crazy, ugh.

I was referring to WSW, just out of curiosity. Hard to look through a troll and tell about his religious beliefs.

My family never went to church. Only time I have been is with friends or girlfriends. I believe in God though. Too many things go right for me when they could have gone terribly wrong. I have like luck on my shoulder or something, and I know it isn't all coincidence.

I just get worn down by Christmas. I just spent the last half hour washing down the "reindeer food" off my sidewalks. (I am sure that my youngest is beyond believing but she's too savy to admit it, we have a niece that is about 4 though).

We have been doing that for years, and I have always swept up the food. This year, however, my brilliant sister in law decided the food should be uncooked oatmeal. I would have thought that it should have been obvious that oatmeal is a poor choice to apply to wet concrete.

My wife has decided that, after we open presents in the morning, we should add distributing food at the homeless shelter to our Christmas traditions. I wonder if it will be practical for the kids to wear their new clothes and use their new I Touches while passing out food.
