I had a black friend who signed everyone's yearbook with BNC, which meant Big Niggie Cam - since he was 6'7, black, and his name was Cameron.

He got suspended the last 3 days of school for it. He said it was worth it though, since he was exempted from finals anyway; so he got an early lead on summer.

Y = the fucktard employee doing what i need him to.

f = is the process of him doing it.

x = both my instructions and the materials for the task

e = the variables/variations that are preventing me from achieving [y], he claims its other things that came up. i know for the most part that is bullshit, however occasionally its true. he's just a lackluster and horribly inconsistent employee.

so, [e] are the issues that are actually causing his performance to **** balls. part of those are him, part of those are how i communicate tasks to him [f]. i have determined better understanding his metaprograms can help me empathize with him. but i am unsure how i will use them to implement better communication and thus achieve desirable results [y].

Twas good.
I love it, but will never eat it again. Some extremely hard brittle caused me to get a root canal once. Shit cracked a tooth.
