You are a lot of the reason why BB has a bad reputation. God forbid the poor customer who has a problem if you ever mess anything up in their install, or someone dealing with one of your installers.

you have got to be kidding me. How am I what is wrong with best buy for saying he should take some responsibility and check who is working on his car. That goes with anyone doing work for you it is common sense.

At what point did i say he was wrong for questioning the install when there was a problem. Please show where i conmtradicted what you just said.

I remember you saying something about when he went back, he should have checked his wiring himself. A big WTF to that! Kid is obviously not very skilled in the audio or car maintenance in general and don't even know where his battery was, and you expect him to check his wiring out? That ish is retarded!

Once again never said this either. The installer should have checked not the customer it is not the customers job to check his wiring

That was what 30 years ago. People need to get with the time and learn to ask educated questions before turning his car over to someone. This also applies to plenty of other things in life. You dont buy shit from someone on the forum without references do you? Same concept

I have not had run ins with any of my customers here because they are all well cared for and you can ask members of this forum that have been customers of mine when i was working at Tweeter that you completely misuinderstood me. At no point did i side with best buy at all. At no point did i side with the customer which is why everyone disagreed with me. Was the customer service shitty? Hell yeah! If i were him would i go back to that particular store? NO!! But i do not think he should write off best buy all together

I saw on "news you can't use" this monring, a reply to the fed's questions on "where our money went?" towards the banking bailout of JP Morgan Stanley. The fed asked them some questions like "What did the money go to? who benefited from the money? ...etc etc". And JP Morgan Stanley replied something like "some of it is in the bank, some of it we used, and beyond that we're declining to tell you"..

I saw that and was like WTF??? So no im trying to hunt down the source material. no luck though.

I mean, you have the senate lookn at every penny that they're lending to GM, Ford, and Chrysler.....but the banking assholes get a free ride?
