I see. I hope you didn't think my I was that prosperous. SM doesn't have a gf or new car. And who knows about his GPA. Again, he fails against the rest of the forum.

Sounds good. Did you just get laid off or they out and out let you go, business close? Man that sucks, I'd have no idea what I'd do...and that terrifies me. I can float the house for maybe 6 mos....
They knocked out one whole shift so they only needed one plant manager, so I was let go. CCE(our biggest client) had decided to start doing destruction services in house. More than likely to keep thier own employees working, since their production was drastically reduced as well. It's common for companies to start bringing outsourced jobs back in house during times like this. Upon leaving both me and the other plant manager were fairly confident that the whole plant would cease operations after the first of the year anyway. Losing CCE was a big blow and other accounts were getting less frequent.

I have a spouse to lean on so it isn't that scary for me. It will of course be tight, but we always manage it.

They will just lie about their jobs....or claim to work in oil fields or a variety of other things.
I thought of doing this in canada. They make bank. Just go there for 6 months on a visa. I really really considered it.

I dont think they would all lie about their jobs. How much could they possibly fabricate?

I wish I was still making what I use to up here. But then again, I had two jobs, and was working with my brother. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif.

Right before I left CCE was crying about losing money. Also they put off everyones' raises, promotions and ...whats the word...liek switching positions. Its been 5 months now and they are on a hiring hold and still havent given anyone their owed rises.

Sucks for you though, but im sure youll be fine. And theyre bringing destruction back to in house? Ha.

I don't know about them all out and out lieing....but still. I think I am missing something somewhere. However, it seems many of them have spouses or room mates. I think if I had a wife making as much as I, and we split the bills I'd have a lot more money for this stuff.
With what I make now, my head is above water, but I don't get to really enjoy the fruits of my labor.
dONT FORGET some still live with their parents and such, and have parental help. But who knows, like you said either they are good with money, or in debt? I dont really think about it. haha.

I see. I was unaware of bringing outsourced jobs back in house during times of limited economic activity. It makes sense as those workers are fixed costs...
See, I wish they'd teach reality in school.
It makes even more sense in CCEs case to bring it back in house. They can further any savings buy selling the scrap alumium themselves as well.

I wondered how hard it would be to do that. But oh well. A lot of things they did, didnt make any sense. But I was just a warehouse worker, what could I say

Well when things are good on the production end it makes sense to outsource that type of work. They make more money fully utilizing the plant and their employees for production and distribution of their main product.

I currently rock my ipod and earbuds in the cav.
It always trips me out when I see that.

Furthermore, it's well documented that no one in CT is a baller. Hell, even wsw? drives an older SUV. Just face it, we ain't rich; but we are real.
WSW has sense. I never understood the concept of buying new vehicles when you can't afford them. All the people I went to high school with that are now working in factories or gas stations seem to all have nicer vehicles than me that they can't even afford.

its a recession, everybody broke.
lol

haven't seen BBT post since Nate posted on his ho's myspace
He is grounded now.
What I can say, I did us all a favor. I can't wait to see him post about it though. Wouldn't it be awesome if I caused a divorce? Like if he really was banging that fat ho still.

lol. Interesting. I like the statement about blackbeard having 14-16 wives the same age as Dakota Fanning.
