However, my argument was not that blacks can't be racist, but that all whites are. Does the article address both issues? Does the article address how race, in itself, is a device of the state and not of human nature?

Yes, by default for the same reasons black people cannot be racist automatically determines that all whites are.
Sort of like if you throw salt and pepper in a bag and those are the only two elements present. If it isn't salt, its pepper. I don't see why that is so hard to understand. You're either racist or your not. Salt and pepper. Black and white. Its really that easy.

No, they are not leaders. They do not possess the ability to rise to power the way a Hitler (who was also racist -- against "lesser whites) or the like does. He may influence a few people on a internet forum, but if they are that impressionable, it's doubtful for them to have any long term effects.

I don't know about Atlanta, but if you are white and find yourself in Detroit alone you are ****ed no matter what you say.
