I agree that there are more white racists than black racists, simply because there are more whites than blacks. Proving that a particular percentage of a specific race is racist, is quite a tall order. Not only is it difficult to define a specifc race, racism is not binary, there are levels. For instance, I believe there is a great difference between "burn naggers at the stake" racism versus seperate, but equal racism. Because both the race and racism occur is degrees,it's hard to make that point.
Let's pretend we could and using your above example, is it just to label the entire race of white people as racist when only 10% exhibit this trait? There are a variety of diseases that afflict 10% or more of the population, such as asthma. Would you say all white people have asthma, diabetes, hypertension, etc?

the 10% thing was an example. If i said all white people are racist(which they are) i would have said 100%. so yes if 100% of white people had asthma then yes they all have asthma.
