Yeah, some of the reports I did in HS were done on a typewriter. You would have to ask me mom about what a pain that was though.

I later did papers on sort of a Hybrid, typewriter with a memory. It didn't seem too bad back then, but looking back on it I realize it sucked.

In the Army I used a word processing program called "Wordstar." You would actually have to stop typing so that it could catch up. I remember that well because there was this dim witted guy from OK that we called Wordstar -- meaning of course that sometimes we would have to pause while talking so that he could catch up.

Son of a bish ran 300 yards and I made a good shot. Unreal. HE was quartering away and I caught the front part of the guts, nicked the liver, and took out one lung. My dad said he has never seen a deer run that far on one lung before. Took us 2 1/2 hours to find him cause the freaking guts clogged up the 2" exit hole.
