Woke up to my alarm (on my cellphone as it is more versatile than any real clock I have found) grabbed it to hit the snooze, dropped it and the battery came out. In my sleep induced stupor I did not stop to think about the ramifications of that detail. So...as I wake up 45 minutes late, I do my shower and whatnot and haul *** into work. Get pulled doing a 76 in a 60. I was at 80 fyi, luckily I had started slowing down when I saw the cop. He was relatively cool as cops go, only gave me a ticket for 74 in a 60, so as not to break the 15 over barrier. I then get to work and have 28 tickets in my queue, where I normally only have like 6 or 8.

Fuck.
