I have yet to see one licensed as such because of privacy issues, but you are still technically correct.

I would find it very probable in this day of age where schools are being threatened to lose their Internet access because the student population won't stop jacking off to illegal downloads. All they'd have to do is slip an authorization form into his enrollment packet and BLAM, they are covered legally.

I just don't find it probable. Plus they have no way of knowing if music/movies were legally ripped from media he owns.
