Deerhunt, i got a random question 4 ya tho. How much do you have to pay for rent, im about to be moving and finally goin back to college in jan. I needs an idea on how much this whole thing is gonna cost me.

My parents had enough assests to buy a house before I started school. After the financing the payment comes out to be about $700/month on a $120,000 house. I have two room mates, and we charge them $350/room all utilities included. So the house payment is covered every month and I live here for the price of the bills. I think the bills come out to about $430ish.

Best part is hopefully my parents can sell the house for more than they paid for it 4 or 5 years from now (however long it takes me to get my masters).
