Weirdest thing just happened by my house.

Cop pulls someone over right as they are entering my neighboorhood. In my 2 1/2yrs living here I have never seen a cop pull someone over in our subdivision. The cop keeps shining the truck inside and out, and talks to the guy for like 15 minutes. Goes back to his car, comes back,with no ticket book. Talks to guy, and the guys truck starts rolling away, cop hollers "STOP!" and talks to him some more. Guy starts easing off again and honks his horn, cop hollers "STOP!" and talks to him some more. soon we hear more sirens and an ambulance comes. 15 minutes later the guy drives away in his truck and honks. Never got in the amublance or nothing, never saw the cop write a ticket.
