I have to make a decision on 3 people to hire on for this upcoming project. Right now I am deciding on their capabilities and deciding if we need one or two more people. Im sitting here looking at resumes. Me.....looking at resumes.

Should I even be doing this? They put a lot of trust in me. I still havent received my raise yet either hahaha.
