We coordinated it in PM....then eventually we just kind of did it.

I remember Dev got me good long ago with the "black people cannot be racist" bit. I was suckered good. That is when I began trolling.
Those were my best threads. I remember my mom helped me with one. Getting prowler was a good one.

x2. 3 summers ago I could go like 60 push ups in a row..No telling what that is now.. And i never do plain sit ups anymore..Add weight and do them maybe.

Oh yeah, for sure. As long as you are doing some sort of physical activity that is microtearing the muscle due to resistance, you're going to see a result.

I still need to buy a pull up bar before I can start p90x. The hardest part about it is following the nutritional guide. Eating the right foods at the right times. Do you have the documents, workout calendar, etc? I have it on my comp, let me know if you need it

I used to beable to do a bunch of pushups. Now im down to like 50 something. I dont work out regularly anymore. usually just when I think about.

Once I get my next place, im setting my bench back up and im going to dedicate time to workout everyday.
