i really need to start eatin like that.. .i eat like a ***** right now
i havent been gaining a whole lot of mass lately

bout to go buy 6 double cheese burgers lol sounds tasty

there is soooo much grease in those things

 
I do go to the gym....three times a week. I just don't eat very healthy. I know what I "should," do...it just costs way to much to eat healthy. When I did it I lived with my parents and was spending easily 100 dollars a week to eat 6 times a day everyday, healthy. well, i dunno what all u eat, but the easiest thing i do to eat healthier is to buy a 5lb tub of some decent protein, and replace 2 or 3 meals a day with a shake or two (water or skim milk)

it helps, especially if u eat out a lot

that probably wouldn't fill me up. I'd have to make them with fruit and sh1t. I probably should start eating cans of tuna again.

 
I don't eat very much and drink a lot of beer.
actually i used to be on that diet haha... last year in college i got shitty pretty much every night and was never that hungry cuz i was taking adderall regularly

i surprisingly lost a good 15lbs or so (compared to most GAINING the 15), but it stopped working after a while

tuna is one of the best things for u to eat, lots of protein and very little of the bad stuff

hard for me to stomach tho

but if u find ur shakes not very filling, dont hesitate to add a banana or some steel cut oats or whatever

thanks yo. I curled 90 pounds the other day. We were doing it with a weight we knew we couldn't do a lot of. the first time I did it 4 times and he made me hold it while it was coming down on the 5th. Did that three times.

It was 90 pounds barbell curl.

I would have to. Whey Protein is digested way to fast and isn't filling AT ALL by itself. I would have to add a couple bananas and some strawberries or something. tuna is good if you mix it with like a light sauce or something.

maybe I should drink casein protein instead.
