I wish I could eat whatever the fuk I wanted. My arms, chest, and shoulders are looking much better but my gut. UGH. I mean I've lost weight...I'm actually down to 234 now but I'm still so fat.

hit up the gym, once u get in a good weekly routine the weight comes right off

but u gotta eat pretty healthy too thats the shitty part..

 
Ok. I need opinions on the redhead to the left. I am hanging out with her and her friends Saturday back at home. Think we are taking a boat out on a lake or something.

lay flat on my back with legs out straight and try to lift and hold legs about 6" off the ground for 10 seconds. I saw a lady on TV do it and her abs were nice so I am trying. It sure pains the abs so something may be working.
Tomorrow, I do cardio. Cardio is easier each time you do it.
oh we did that in HS P.E.

it was called '6 inches'.... i hated it, but itll get ur lower abs like crazy!!

I do go to the gym....three times a week. I just don't eat very healthy. I know what I "should," do...it just costs way to much to eat healthy. When I did it I lived with my parents and was spending easily 100 dollars a week to eat 6 times a day everyday, healthy.
