I had one TERRIBLE night with Jager, and i just cannot drink it anymore. Anything I have with Jager in it makes me cringe.
On my home gym..My main setup is a squat rack with the pully system thing for lat pulls, tricep press downs, etc. Has dip bars on it and a pull up bar. Then I have a separate bench rack that I use just for bench pressing. Have about 450lbs in plate weights. I have sets of dumb bells in 15,25,35, and 45 lbs. Have the dumb bells that you add weight to with collars when I need more than 45lbs. Have 2 curl bars. Exercise ball for abs. Preacher curl and leg extension/curl attachments for one the benches..Jump rope for cardio (which I rarely use //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif ). I think thats about it.
All I need to get in a great full body workout. The only thing I want that I don't have is a leg press machine. And I just throw in more sets of squats to make up for that.
