I had one TERRIBLE night with Jager, and i just cannot drink it anymore. Anything I have with Jager in it makes me cringe.
On my home gym..My main setup is a squat rack with the pully system thing for lat pulls, tricep press downs, etc. Has dip bars on it and a pull up bar. Then I have a separate bench rack that I use just for bench pressing. Have about 450lbs in plate weights. I have sets of dumb bells in 15,25,35, and 45 lbs. Have the dumb bells that you add weight to with collars when I need more than 45lbs. Have 2 curl bars. Exercise ball for abs. Preacher curl and leg extension/curl attachments for one the benches..Jump rope for cardio (which I rarely use //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif ). I think thats about it.

All I need to get in a great full body workout. The only thing I want that I don't have is a leg press machine. And I just throw in more sets of squats to make up for that.
interesting. Thought you were going to say you had one of those machines you see on TV or something. Perhaps you should write up some workouts for me to do.

I haven't leg pressed in so long I have no idea where I would rank on that. I remember when we were in middle school our leg press machine only went up to 300lbs. It was like as status symbol in our little workout room if you could do that.
How much you squat?
I didn't leg press all that much...maybe once a week. Usually did it when the squat rack wasn't available.

As far as squatting, I never maxed out. I believe the most I did was 6 reps of 450ish.

I haven't lifted in almost 6 months now. Just do cardio.

Wow, you got me beat big time in squatting. My most is like 375 for 5 reps. Arnold's best was only 400x8 reps.

What are your other lifts like?

I always love trying new workouts. I will find a workout that looks appealing on the internet, alter it to fit my needs, and do it for 8-10 weeks. Keep a log of it all. Each workout, I try to beat something from my previous workout of that body part. For example, if I benched 295x5 reps, I will try 300x5 reps. It is a great way to keep improving when you have the documentation right in front of you.

holy sh1t dude. That's insane. The only other people I know who did those numbers(and more are football players that I graduated with)

well my goal is to get somewhat big but not to big. I want the big arms, decent sized chest, nice wide broad shoulders and then a slimmed up waist. right now my upper body looks decent but my belly just will not come off this time around. Bench was 245x6

Pullovers was 100x6

Deads I did around 400x2

I'm a naturally big guy, right now I'm out of shape and I'm 6'1 250.

About 6 months ago I was around 240lbs.

First time I did leg press at the gym I did over 600...my legs are just huge..guess it's from 15+ years of hockey 5-6 times/week //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yeah, my bad.

It was funny when I first started going to the gym...I benched like 100lbs, but could leg press over 600. It was awkward..

I also could do a good amount on good mornings...I used to do like 6 reps of 165.

My arms are naturally bulky. Not much definition, just bulk.

My legs are beastly. They are cut as shit, and ginormous. They're monstrous...and I'm not exaggerating.
