Unfortunately I can't help you with the who as much as I would love to. It is an app that plugs in with Firefox. It is pretty easy to use and I suspect more scammers will learn they need to use something like TOR to keep their business going.
Most web based proxies won't use so many IPs. An ap like tor that rotates routinely through a network of proxies will use many IP addresses.

I got HAMMERED last night. Friend came into town and we grilled out. Him and his girl started drinking at my house and I wouldn't. Well he brought up going the bar and I was game. Tuesday night at Rick's Cafe Americana = Drinkin with Lincoln. Five dollar cover and penny pitchers. The one girl I macked on was f*cking engaged.

I don't even remember the last 30 minutes at the bar or the ride home. Only thing I know is we went by Wendy's and I ate two snack wraps.

And i just woke up.

I wouldn't know since I don't do illegal downloading. I would guess no though. You need something that gives you multi IPs at once, not one that cycles through them, I imagine.

keystone. it was nasty at first, but after 5 cups I didn't really taste it. I was buzzing when I got there from a mixed drink.

I also bought some blue mixed drink at the 2 for 1 bar and don't know what it was. Wasn't a Walk Me Down, but it looked like one. It did me in. He made the double in that drink.
