work was CRAZY tonight. For a Monday I couldn't believe how busy it was. I felt so bad for the girl training me, I couldn't do much to help because I don't know everything yet. the girl that was training me gave me like 10 bucks out of her tips(she didn't make much). I was happy that I got anything because I wasn't expecting it. Everyone there is real chill and cool though so that's a plus.

Well it was just myself and her behind the bar. Eventually a server who knows how to do the bar came back and helped but for the most part it was just her and I. I jumped in to make drinks when I could and handed people beers but for the most part I was just trying to keep up with the dishes so they could be ready when she needed them. I wasn't really in the way because I was trying my hardest to do my part even though it wasn't much.

they get paid weekly though which is so cool. I've never had a job where they pay you weekly so this will be a nice change of things. I may work this weekend though if they will let me because that's where the big bucks are. the guy who got me the job made 80 bucks from a friday night on tips alone. Remember, the bartenders have to split tips too so he could have made more if it was just him.
