not really. I mean I've come a long way from struggling on 135 and 155 to 205.....and that's only in a months time. So that's not TO bad I suppose......but I'm such a fat *** dude. My upper body looks nice but my gut is just horrid. gotta do something.its because you are a beast

Having a clean diet really does ****. Especially with my roomates eating whatever they want. One thing that always helps me: You are eating for results, not taste.
