My friend, same one that is cockblocking me, just HAS to have a better system than me. Now he's talking about dropping 2 12"s in a sealed box into his trunk on 1200w. He can't physically fit anything larger since it's a mustang.

I think it's about time for me to upgrade to two 15"s and a second amp.

Right now, my sub stage is a Fi SSD 10" on 800w rms, 900w for short bursts. Box tuned around 35 Hz.

His is Type R 12" on 800w. Box was prefabbed from shop, but it has to be over 45 Hz. It's tuned so high, it sounds like shit when listening to music.

He is probably a tad louder since he has a front stage that's worth a shit, but my sub itself gets louder and sounds infinitely better. He'll have me beat for sure if I keep helping him design his next setup.

Ooo, I could do a blow through from my trunk to the cabin of my car. My back seat is only a 2 person, not 3, with a foot of extra space in the middle. It would be PERFECT!!!
