One of my best friends from high school joined right after graduation. He is stationed at Shaw AFB in South Carolina and he loves it. He is an MP and on his second tour in Iraq.

I'm not really that open about my life on the forums/internet unless someone Im's me.

But, i just have to start making some decisions money wise because what I'm doing now really isnt cutting it. And, the area that I live doesnt really offer alot job wise.

The unemployment rate in my city and neighbooring city is 7.1% and 10.1 %

So i figured what other place would pay me and then in turn pay for my school if I ever decide to go back down the road.

Yea, I was never a person who wanted to go. But, its just kinda tough. I work a 20 hrs every two weeks making 8.38 cents an hour.

And people actually come in lowes thinking that I have a good Job. Hell, I can only even think of a handful of places in my city where someone my age makes over what I do.

AF is ftw.
