Im talking about payroll and my va direct deposits. Those are the ones that go yellow to gray to white.

Huh. I have direct deposit that goes in on Wednesday at midnight and it is usually available by Friday evening. But it doesn't really matter to me, because I use the wamu online bill pay for everything and set the bills to go out the following Sunday. If the paycheck hasn't cleared by then, so what. It just means all of them will sit in a yellow status with the check until it clears. I figure its their problem they can't cash a check that they've been getting for 5 years on my time frame, so way wait for their time frame to use it. lol

I caught it once when I looked at my receipt, cuz usually I dont.

I got a call as soon as she was booted. Bish was all compaining about not watching days of our lives. I told that bish she should be doin my laundry anyway. Then I put the phone back to my face and said I will try to get him a message for you. You weren't showing up on trill though, so I left a message here lol.

Yea, tril was actin the fool yesterday. It is better now.

I don't know why she called to get me in trouble. She booted me off, I logged back in, and she booted me off again. It wasn't like we had a battle or anything. lawl

I mean unless she was doing it all day..... It crashed on me a few times. There is no difference between a crash and a log in boot.

I tried to change the recorded name of her soap to Crappy Television for giggles, but I couldn't figure out how. lawl

I dont know, This VA check does seem kind of late, but the last one was too, the others have been fine. You mean VA or bouncing checks? or me bouncing checks? If me, ive never used a check.

so I've been in the gym for a little over a month now and I have a huge gut. I've gone from 250 to 234 but my gut is still FREAKING huge. my upper body has changed a lot and looks decent but my gut is killing me. I can't remember back to 05 how I got rid of it really. I must have just had such a hardcore diet because I jog and workout and it just will not go the fuk away.

might have to start doing supplements again or something. Or incorporating a lot of milk/yogurt into my diet.

no it doesn't. Skim milk and yogurt promote fat loss. They have CLA in them.

My doctor told me to stop drinking milk because of all the sugar and some other stuff in it, can't remember the other stuff.

I could see how normal milk or whole milk would. but skim and fat free can't be that horrible for you. True though, they do have a good amount of sugar.
