you need to - Summer is in full swing and there is a good bit of action at the tables. My biggest problem is trying to have patience with these losers.
im up about $2k for the 1st month. ive got to pick up the pace though. just got me a rental car, so i should be down there soon.

It would be crunk to have a job that gave you the summer off.

I think I'd go insane though..
its only 10 weeks. just enough time to relax without going nuts.

I don't think I could handle more than 2 weeks. Especially without my smartphone or other ways to access my email.

I'm about to change jobs and I think I'll take a week off in between. That's enough time for me.

 
On Flip's working out..

The biggest thing is diet and keeping with it. Gains don't come quick nor easy for the majority of people.

I have gained 30lbs of muscle the past 2 years..So a little over a pound a month...Before that I worked out, but didn't eat right...Once i started getting in 1g protein per pound of body weight, my gains were awesome... Just stick with it, eat right, and the gains will come...

When I was bulking, i'd get in around 3,400 calories a day. I am currently cutting, and getting in around 2,200. The meals I eat, i get just as full as I did when I was bulking.

I'd recommend compound exercise on a body part and then a few sets of exercise for the assisting body part. I.E. Bench press/triceps on Monday Back/Biceps on Wednesday Legs/calves on Friday

Running can be fit in between those days. Everyone responds differently, but thats what worked best for me when I started out lifting.

As far as meals.... 1/4lb turkey on whole wheat with a boiled egg..Grilled chicken breast with a sweet potato...3 egg whites with a half cup of oats and protein shake for breakfast... Tuna sandwiches..Deer steaks.... Just a sample of my meals..

Bout all I can think of now as I have to get back to class...But I have came a fairly long way with my body, but I am by no means an expert. Any questions, gladly ask.
