I would feel that he should do all that is necessary to do and from there we would talk. How do I know that I'm not being scammed? I find it funny that one package I send him arrives when it's suppose to yet the other one doesn't.......hmmmmmmmm.

This is all inconsequential I am sorry to say. This is where I don't give in. It is up to you to cover your *** from being scammed. Plain and simple. We could go the whole "how do I know I am not being taken" bit all we want, but everything you say can be applied in his case as well. So when it boils down to it in this type of scenario it lands on the seller for not ensuring in every way possible that it got there. It matters not that he may be a lazy messicant.

I have never been one to side with someone just because they are a friend or have have done me good. I am strong on my convictions and the way I see them.

Receipts are not proof of delivery. I can use my pitney bowe system at work to "pay for a shipment, but not actually take it to the office or put it in the delivery baskets. This is why tracking was developed. It also doesn't change the fact that no insurance was paid for. Why should he be responsible for that?

1st time I ordered something I wasn't even sure if UPS would deliver it out here, I went on and bought something really cheap and gave them the address I gave you to see if it would be delivered, amazingly it was delivered
I bought a box off regal8r, asked him specifically to ship UPS, dumbass ended up shipping Fed Ex, yea he gave me the tracking number, I wasn't even sure if they would deliver it out here, somehow it got here

You should consider leaving the shed you live in and move to a real city. Or stop ordering stuff online from people if it is really that difficult. Take your lazy *** into town and buy shit.

Doesn't matter if you know what it is. I am giving a scenario where someone can show receipt of sending a package through UPS without actually sending it. Online, Pitney Bowes, etc. It is not proof that a package delivered. My Pitney bowes creates exactly the same receipt you have in your hand, but if the package doesn't go in the pickup baskets, it isn't shipped.
