Before she switched jobs my mom was responsible for $62M budget at work.

Now i don't think the entire state system spends as much as her division did in Wa state.

She is still a state employee.

In social services.. she was a regional director in Wa and moved here to become a division director.

It was a lateral move pay wise, but step up in terms of responsibility.

Really though, it was like a raise because it is a lot cheaper to live here than it is in Seattle.
