I used to not understand the whole self confidence thing. Slowly but surely, I'm getting it though. Even though I have no aspirations to have any type of relations with that young chick from work (She legal though), I'm still friends with her and talk to her. Helps a lot in understanding women and building and realizing my own confidence.
