Don't forget muscle weighs more then fat, so if you are cutting the fat and gaining muscle you are doing good.
This supplement is supposed to be a Lean Muscle Protentiator (ie. Builds lean muscle while burning fat) and I've had a diet skewed greatly towards protein away from fat and carbs, but good lord, 5lbs in 4 days? If this is all muscle, I'm sure there are a bunch of steroid junkies that would be green with envy from my results. I've seen guys who netted a 3lb gain over 4 weeks from taking this stuff, but their body fat % started a lot lower, like around 18-20%.

My diet is around 3000 a day, been on that for 3 weeks now, mostly turkey sandwiches, milk, yogurt, fruits and dairy foods. I've only used Creatine and whey protein for supplements. so i've been lifting for a year and it's finally showin progress, i knew it would take awhile to get bigger and fill out. i just took month breaks for recovery then go back at it strong.
I'm sure you've seen Docutech's thread already, but wow, that guys 6 month progress is AMAZING!!! Makes me so envious, in a good way of course. I'm proud that somebody has the willpower to do something like that, but I started my workout routine in August with minimal results compared to him.
