this is crunk friday. WTF?
my 5 yr old wants a pet turtle. well 4 to be exact. he also wants a blue, red, orange, and purple ribbon for each of them. i think he wants to grow his own set of ninja turtles.

Yup, still lifting. Not so much losing weight though.

I'm confused as hell. I started using a stimulant called Leviathan Reloaded about 4 days ago now. It's pretty much Yohimbine HCL and some caffeine, but I've gained 5 lbs over the past couple days on a very clean 1500-2000 calorie diet. I think this might be a short term effect of my withdrawal from the Adderall, because that's the only thing that makes any fuckin sense.

oh yeah, he'll name them after the ninjas.

i got him hooked on the ninja turtles and the justice league at a young age. mainly because all the toys are cool.

 
You HAVE to do this now, and take pictures. I'm sure it wouldn't cost more than $20 or so to put it all together. Maybe a little more to go to the fabric store and get a square foot of clothe, but not too much.

My diet is around 3000 a day, been on that for 3 weeks now, mostly turkey sandwiches, milk, yogurt, fruits and dairy foods. I've only used Creatine and whey protein for supplements. so i've been lifting for a year and it's finally showin progress, i knew it would take awhile to get bigger and fill out. i just took month breaks for recovery then go back at it strong.
