Our management is retarded. We have all these old perverts who keep sexually harassing the female employees. Management doesn't do shit about it so the women ask me to help so I kick the perverts out of the store. Well they complain to corporate and corporate asks me why I'm kicking customers out of the store. I explain to him it is a state law that prohibits harassment from customers and the store manager does shit about it.

Well they can't call corporate when the guy is harassing them. The manager doesn't do anything so they ask me to escort the guy out of the store. I tell them do not come back, yet they still do. It really is a serious problem. One even said he physically touched her. Apparently I do not have the authority in this matter.

It's not all ******. Just today a guy brings in a heavy weight bench he wanted to exchange. The woman working the department is pregnant and told the guy he'll have to wait so she can get someone to help lift it. Well he starts swearing at her, calling her names says he's waited long enough, so I happened to be doing a walk through and overheard it and I just told him to get out. They have made complaints with the store manager, not sure if they talked to the district manager. Apparently, I can only ban someone or remove them from the store when they steal something and I file all the paper work.
