Well, some of the simple things to do would be to make a cover that goes over EVERYTHING.

Or, stash the amps behind/under the seats and cover them up flush with the rear "step-up", so it all looks like one solid piece.

The sub would probably be the hardest thing to hide. I guess if you moved the amps down to behind the seats you could have made a skinny, downfiring box.

mount the amps standing up straight up, put cloth over them. not cover the top end (where the fuses and shit are)

or better yet, make a false wall out of fiberboard or something. poke holes in it and cover it in cloth, put the amps behind that. add a fan or two for better air flow.
