Of course, I'd have to glass them in. I need to talk to some people about how to properly execute the idea...people who are pretty creative and don't just parrot what they heard hear....
As for the Q form...at midbass (imo) stops around 300 Hz...and that is where the 4" will start...

This is something worth paying someone to do for you IMO. I have done 1 FG sub enclosure and these Door panels and I will say, your first attempt will let you down. If it has to be done right, then get someone known for it, do it. I hate working with it now.
