Some jack *** thought it would be funnay to dislodge the power cable from the rig just enough so it would fall completely off at any random moment. Well that random moment came when I was hauling *** down an isle in the warehouse aimed right at the door.
The wheels don't turn without power.

SLAM!

Of course, I could have just lifted up on the pedal and the brakes would have saved everything, but I was too OMGWTF to think of that. lulz.

Food items I take it? Anywhere else would have used propane.

On another reach lift I crushed my foot into shred between a I beam and the back of the reach lift and they didn't send me for drug tests then either. lawl
That one was my fault for having big *** feet though. They stuck out the back and I swivled right into the death lock.

I had an employee crush his foot under a table crane. He was pulling a stuck skid down the rack assembly as the crane was moving on the track and they met at the same point in time. They both passed their drug screens but I had to fire the crane operator. You aren't supposed to operate the table crane if anyone is working in the racks. The person who got their foot crushed got a nice settlement and a management position.

I decided to just accept the fact that spider monkeys are not good in blue collar situations and better of behind a computer.
