Yes I am. I grew up on computers. My brother had a Vic when I like 8 and I got a commodore 64/128 when I was 11. I enjoyed teaching my self how to use them and the programs. I learn better on my own on my time. So things like video professor as instructional help are actually better for me. I was never that good with structured learning but pickup things quickly on my own.
X2 on the outlook, however this should just be a given.
I am as well. I just get these things to help when I stumble. Getting hung up on something is inevitable and is always good to have some reference to help speed it. Thats is all I used it for. As I went through the VP stuff I had to skip through a lot as it was already elementary to me.
I tried to use Rosetta Stone to learn Japansese. All it did was teach me to match phrases to pictures. I had no idea what was actually going on in the pictures.
Well what helps me is my employees are all Messicans so I get an opportunity to get absorbed in it. Any language is hard without forcing it to be used.
True. I didn't know anyone fluent in Japanese. So I had no idea what was going on in the pics. Nor did I have a chance to use it. It was free so I tried.
Yes it is much easier when you are pretty much forced to use it out of necessity. Which is why all language teachers in HS need to be more strict and only allow that language in the classrooms. None of mine did.
