I rotate during th eweek. Lamb, steak, chicken and beef. Salmon on the sides sometimes. nah, i use the quick thaw setting on the microwave, works fantastico.Same as hot water. It cooks it instead of thawing on the outsides. Unless you mean cook it in the wave which is even more blasphemous.
**** no i dont eat raw things. I cant even eat raw oysters anymore. Last time I tried, I chewed it for like 5 minutes then gagged then had to spit it out.If you rotate and still consume 5lbs in a week then DAAAAAAAMN! You must be a ****ing OX of a man.
I'm not too sure you are serious on the raw shit, but the only things I eat raw are ***** and oysters.
