I hate to say it, but I think that Jacob is wrong about assuming that anyone with one of "those" 1500d's will be properly treated as possessing stolen property.

It looks to me as though he simply has a "vendor" that has failed to pay him. That really is not the fault of the consumer. Maybe I am missing something.
