Would you donate leave to a stranger you never met before. We get solicited from time to time to donate leave due to emergencies. I would donate, but I am not sure if these people are slackers or really need it.

if the person was truly in need of help I would donate a few bucks. But there are people out there who actually make good money but pretend to be bums.
