How often to you guys change transmission fliud?

Once per car.

Thing is since I've got my truck, I don't believe it's ever been changed. I think it has the original fluid in it, all 77,380 miles worth!

Damn near everytime I've seen a person change their transmission oil something bad has happened to the transmission. I've always heard don't change it unless there is something wrong story on transmission fluid.

Yep. I changed this one's fluid and filter at like 120k. If anything happens... I'll let you know. I see it lasting till I rip it apart. The local guy I know builds this particular model all the time, so if it pops it'll get taken care of. I'm pretty sure once I tighten it back down it'll be good for a while.

I'm exceptionally good at being nice lately. I told one of Eamon's friends last night that he wasn't allowed to laugh again until he could do it w/o sounding like he learned it from a tickle me elmo.

He seemed to take it kinda rough.

Got the switches in, made a little custom bezel and painted it, and then flushed my power window switches and lock switch in the middle of the vehicle in my stock ash tray location...

Shoulda done it in the first place, and it wouldn't have been a PITA to get the wires I needed out of the door....

Oh well, it's in now...

Pads and rotors, repack the bearings, new seals (babyseals), put my new passenger sideview mirror on, check the ***** fluid, find the leak, fill it back up....
Finish painting the winter wheels, maybe throw some paint on the tailgate.... bunch of little shit.

Brakes is the BIG thing.
