It's a free for all between me and Will (guy I work with).

I haven't tried to get anywhere with her... Will has gotten a drunken make-out. Gotten shut down twice later...

She talks to me all the time, and seems to want to do stuff with me. I just can't read the situation. Personally I think she is a new girl in a new place and I'm comfortable to be around.

Really, I don't need a female ATM... I'm interested in her... but I'm not in the mood to pursue anything if I don't see any interest from her and she's just confusing. But again, I guess that's what I get. She's 19...
