I don't find the screen size that important. I am good with my 42" Philips. To me it is the sound system output and I have that covered very well. So I don't watch movies in theaters.

im pretty pumped about it. its in a great area of town with lots of amenities surrounding it. and pricing is AWESOME at the moment. only down side is waiting about 10 months for it to be built //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif.

It looks good and its brand new ... Excellent ! Fairly nice price for where your moving into, despite size I would guess about 15-20% increase in equity over the next year or so.
