sooo, the cops just left my house again, it was much more useful this time around //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
they didnt do anything for the time being, but they did have a good chat with my room mate //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . they basically asked him why he was still here, why he wasnt getting out, and asked how soon he could be out. they told him that if they had to come back tonight, or ever, it was not going to be a nice casual conversation like this one. he said he would be out in three days, they suggested moving out sooner, before i took legal action and took him to small claims court. they asked if he had paid the monthly rent, which he lied and said he had paid half of it. they asked why he hadnt paid the rest, and he said he was going to use it to pay for his new place. they informed him that just because i had asked him to leave, it did not free him from his obligation to pay me the rent since he was choosing to stay. he said he couldnt afford to pay me and rent at a new place, and they informed them that if he didnt pay me that i would be entitled to recieve his paycheck from his employer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
all in all, it was a big help and hopefully he will be gone by the end of the weekend (according to his statement to the police officers).
oh yeah, they were also going straight from my house to his place of employment to inform his management staff that they need to drug test him //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
