its a word that white people have not always used properly throughout history...

the story is that he was supposed to be out of my house. he is a lazy piece of shit and didnt find a new place to live, and apparently it is not within my rights as a homeowner to re-claim my own house... so i am stuck ATM, with a horrible piece of crap as a room mate, until he decides to move out on his own, or i go through legal actions to evict him, which takes at least 30 days, and i dont have that time as i am trying to sell my house...

he has been growing, selling, and smoking pot in my house, and unless i catch him on video tape there is nothing i can do about it. so i have removed the thermostat and taken the silverware, the xbox, the remotes to the TV and stereo, and anything else that he could possibly use and locked them in my room... so he has nothing to do, no heat, and no silverware to eat with. just some *** covered pretzels...

Yes, if you allow someone to live for an extended period of time in your home, then you must follow the legal procedures for eviction just like any other landlord. It isn't that hard to get him served with evict papers. Once you do the process is easy. Do it now.

BTW, wait until he is smoking while you are home and notify the authorities. If they smell marijuana, wouldn't it be probable cause to search just like an auto?
