Well, it was more like a done deal... like I got a phone call done deal.

For comparison Corey: Where I normally go there is only 300 vertical feet of skiable area on 144 acres.

Where I'm trying to go, there's 3,060 vertical feet, on 2,762 acres.

Nice. Ive only been skiing once, at seven springs. Probly wont go again unless im super rich and havenothing else better to do with my time/life. Id rather just sled down that big *** mountain. Imagine going down a triple black diamond or whatever on a plastic $15 walmart sled.
