Well, unhooked my POS HD Cable DVR box... going to take it to the local TW Customer Center and swap it out for free...

Pisses me off that I'm going to lose all my HD DVR'd shows.... bastards.

I'm gonna throw a ***** fit... and see what happens.

if there is one thing i learned from being a twc customer, keep raising hell and they will cave in.

i am no longre a twc customer though, they are absolutly awful.
