i have decided what im asking the parents for xmas.
a DSLR camera //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . something i can shoot digitals with, but have the control that i have with film. now i just gotta find one...

For a budget DSLR I'd recommend the Nikon D40, my friend has one and for the price tag it's and EXCELLENT camera IMO. I'd love to be able to have a fullbody DSLR like the D2xs, but... that ain't happenin any time soon.
