Right, and since I didnt im not getting good rates now? She said thats the only place that they are working with that is giving any loans right now, some bank called Decision One. Ok, well ill find something else then, or use the guy I have been using. No big deal to me. I had a feeling that I was going to do that anyway. The loan was for $120k. Biggest I have gone for, but still.
