crossover wiring

come on, i know someone knows how to wire it in! its killin me (softly with his song, tellin my life with his words, killin me softly with his song, tellin my whole life, with his words, killin me sooooftlly, with his soooooonnnnng......(fugees))

Not that I'm all that familiar using crossovers, but since no one else is replying ...
You run the RCAs from the head unit into the crossover's input section.

You run RCAs from the crossover to the receiver or amplifier.

You wire power, ground, and remote like you would an amplifier.
um, will that work with a home receiver, cause thats what im running. thats why i don't know how. all this stuff is in my room.

Or, wait, are you using an amp to power the sub or the receiver ?
I'm not thinking ... if you low-pass the signal from the CD Player, you won't get any midbass, midrange, or treble ... You'll have to low-pass the subwoofer output from the receiver (if you have one) to the sub amplifier ...

So ...

CD player output to receiver input

Receiver subwoofer output to crossover input

Crossover output to amplifier input
aight cool. i got RCA imputs. like the cd player inputs? yeah i got those red and white pieces. im using an integrated amp to run it. so, its a receiver and an amp in one. im going to buy a 600 watt amp soon, so is that all i need to get it to work? oh. there is no sub out. im just running it as a speaker.
