Coustic 401db and kicker 12

I have a 12" Kicker CVR. Dual 4 ohm-400w rms. I need a good, but cheap amp to power this thing. Do you think the Coustic 401db would be a good choice. It puts out 400w rms at 2ohms. Other suggestions?
