Cop wrote me a INCORRECTLY detailed ticket.

What can i do?? I just got my car impounded and recieved a ticket. I can either pay the 500 to get my car out of the pound, or i can request a hearing i guess. And BOTH the TICKET and IMPOUND writeup said that my can is a Lexus, which it is not. Can i do anything about this or do i have to wait until court?

just pay the ticket maybe they will give you a lexus. haha i dought it thought just call the impound up and talk to them and tell them its wrong

I impound cars daily and have yet to see a $500 charge unless it stays for more that a month and racks up storage fees.
