concept 2400d any good?

well i was looking around for amps today on ebay, when i ran into this amp it gives off 2400 rms at 1 ohm and it goes for $300+ shipping (the refurbished ones) and i was thinking of buying one and some SX's and see if its any good, does anybody know if this is a good amp and a good buy for $300 or am i just wasting my money

I have never used one but I heard they are pretty decent.

The concepts have had some reliability issues at our shops. We have seen several (10 + or so) in the past couple months. I would think twice. Decent power, but I have seen reliability as an issue.

so would $300+ shipping be a good price for a refurbished one, i am going to get an orion xtr pro 2400 later on down the road, but i was thinking if this amp could do for now

I heard that if it is a 2400, not a 2400 A they have reliability issues. I just asked the person that told me they were good and showed them the Ebay Link. Said they weren't as powerful as the 2400A's as well.

I really don't know much about the amp, just telling you what someone told me.
